A Man Who Looks Like Tiger's Friend With Rachel Uchitel in Melbourne

It’s not for me in far-away Australia to accuse Tiger Woods of telling porkies. Perhaps he’s become a little forgetful as he prepares to play in the US Masters on April 8, but I couldn’t help noticing when he claimed in a recent one-off tv interview that no-one in his inner circle knew about his liaisons with a string of women.

‘I’m sure if more people would have known in my inner circle they would’ve stopped it. Or tried to put a stop to it, but I kept it all to myself,’ the golfer told Kelly Tilghman of The Golf Channel.

Well, as my, yes my, exclusive photo (with apologies for the fuzziness in the darkness of the lobby) which has been seen around the world, shows, it was Tiger’s old boyhood friend and close confidante Bryon Bell who actually flew all the way to Australia with Rachel Uchitel – one of the women on Tiger’s ‘other women’ list – in November last year. He was playing in the Australian Masters, but neither Bryon, who has caddied for Tiger in the past, nor Rachel, brought any clubs with them, of course.
Emails from Mr Bell revealing details of the flight he had arranged for Rachel have already been widely published, but if anyone has any doubt that he was involved in Rachel’s travel itinerary take a look at the man talking with her and a hotel employee in Melbourne. He arrived at the hotel with her and helped her check in.
You might agree he bears rather a close resemblance to the picture of Bryon (inset).
In any case, we can expect more revelations about the people in Tiger’s inner circle who ‘didn’t know anything’ – one of the women who claim to have had a long relationship with him, Joslyn James, says she is about to release emails she received from Mr Bell in 2007 detailing arrangements for her to travel to US cities where Tiger was playing. Of course, Mr Bell’s helpfulness in arranging such travel could be just coincidence….

Tiger Uses the Media to Make his Apology

What, how can this be? Wasn’t the media responsible for the world’s greatest golfer tumbling from his pedestal? Wasn’t the media responsible for the rift in his marriage? Why shouldn’t he and his mother blame the media for the pickle he got into?
He was famous, he was the epitome of the good family man, adored by his wife and millions of fans. And those bad, bad journalists had brought it all crashing down.
But wait, how could the media, in revealing the dark side of his life, have ‘saved’ Tiger?
For the simple reason that if his infidelity had not been exposed there is every reason to believe that his affairs with escorts, porn stars, and all the other women who are on and off the lust list, would be continuing today.
His wife, meanwhile, would have continued going about her daily life believing that her husband was behaving like the fine family man who posed with her and their children in smiling family portraits. His fans, young kids among them, would be standing along the world’s fairways admiring their hero, a man to be looked up to, someone that the younger generation could hope to grow up like.
While there is no suggestion that the women with whom he has had affairs had any evil intentions other than getting laid and, perhaps hoping that he would walk away from his marriage and end up with him as a lifetime partner, there is no way of knowing what his fate would have been had his indiscretions not been exposed by the media. How could he, or his  minders, be sure that any woman he bedded in the future was not a front, targeting him for blackmail?  Spy cameras are very sophisticated these days and there are numerous ways of setting them up once it is known where the rendezvous is to take  place.
Very serious blackmail is only one of the dangers that lay ahead on the path of infidelity that Tiger was walking along. Dare we imagine a jealous boyfriend seeking revenge on a billionaire who has showered his woman with gifts and promises while he, the boyfriend, has been found wanting? There are nutters out there, whose jealousy knows no bounds.
Fortunately for Tiger, as far as we know, he has not been blackmailed. He has not been attacked. But if the media had not put a stop to his secret liaisons with a string of women from the dubious side of life who knows what terrible fate lay in wait for him.
No, neither Tiger nor his mother should blame the media. He was happy enough with the publicity during the good times, for without the media his sponsors would not have received the international exposure they have enjoyed. He cannot expect newspapers, magazines, tv, to lay off when he’s misbehaving.
And of course when it came to making his apology, which he wanted the world to hear, who did he turn to? Did somebody say ‘the media’?

Tiger's mum - just how furious is she?

New reports about Tiger (sorry, he’s still the talk of the towns) say that his mother, Kultilda,  is furious with him over his philandering. I wonder why – because she knew about Rachel Uchitel’s rendezvous with him in Melbourne.

How do I know this? Well, I personally saw Rachel checking in to the Crown Casino and then riding up to the VIP floors where Tiger and his mother were staying. I have all the evidence of this, but putting that aside it must be wondered why ‘mom’ is reported to be putting on such a song and dance about his love life.

Reports say she is hurt and angry because she likes Tiger’s wife Elin and adores her grandchildren and doesn’t want to see them hurt. In that case why on earth didn’t she confront Tiger in Melbourne and ask him what he was doing, flying ‘that woman’ across the world to Australia – then ask her what she thought she was doing there?

It must be wondered just how much real anger there is in Kutilda’s voice.

My Picture of the Week – Fed Up With Tiger? Enjoy These Golfing Orang-utans!

I took this and a series of pictures during a visit to Malaysia. These guys were part of a stage show, demonstrating their skills at putting. Their trainer told me they’d also shown their prowess on a nearby golf course and they were ready to take on all challengers.

Enough said. I took up the challenge and the following day we headed to the championship course. Hey, they were good. Too good. Over three holes (orang-utans do get bored) I was hammered. Mind you, they did cheat, kicking my ball into the bushes and knocking it into a pond, but on the putting green they were true professionals. Two winning holes to the apes, one to me. Boo.

I should point out that these orang-utans were rescued by the owner from a circus and had already been trained to perform before he acquired them. My inquiries revealed there was little hope of rehabilitating them back to the wild and they were best left to enjoy the life they were currently living. They loved mixing with people, they were happy, under no stress and, I was reliably informed, should be left to live out their old age with humans.

As for those other unfortunate animals that are losing their habitat and are killed or harmed in clashes with humans taking over their environment for profit – look at the palm oil industry which is destroying their forests – I’m right behind the fight to keep their natural homes. More on this in the new year.

With each day’s match play in the world’s media, Tiger’s score is improving and at last count he was said to be on eight under. So to speak.
And there are claims that lawyers are talking to other women who are preparing to tee-off with their personal stories of liaisons with the world number one golfer.
One of the latest to be mentioned in the same breath as Tiger is porn star Holly Sampson, whose CV includes movies such as Diary of a Horny Housewife and Lingerie Or Bust. She has refused to confirm or deny any relationship with Tiger, despite being named in the New York Daily news.
As Tiger finds himself deeper in the rough, there are claims that his wife, Elin Nordegren, the mother of his two young children, has had enough of listening about her husband’s score card and has moved out of the family’s Florida mansion.
As for the golfer himself, he still hasn’t been seen and I still wonder if Osama bin Laden will be spotted before he is.
